Little Harper

Photographing kids is one of my favorite things.  They keep me young or at least feeling young!  Just like photographing weddings, my goal is to capture instead of manufacture.  No forcing them to "say cheese" nor to sit still on a chair.   With the help of mom, we set up fun things to let them do what they do.  I'm always SO excited to come home with photos that truly capture real smiles and their cute little personalities.

What a sweet Mother's Day session!  Love being able to capture little moments like this - grandma, mom & the little one.  I look back at my own photos and these are the ones I love the most...   How precious is her little smile?!  ..and the smile she brings to everyone else around, truly priceless!

18-months...

We've watched this little one grow!  Photographed her at 3 months, at 7 months, at 1 year and now Elise is 18 months old!  Time flies and we were happy to be there to document all these...  now she's running around the beach, so independent and as adorable as ever...
